Get ready for another significant increase in fuel prices.
From January 21 to 27, 2025, gasoline prices will rise by P1.65 per liter, building on last week’s P1.80/L hike. Diesel will also see a sharp increase of P2.70 per liter, following the previous adjustment of P0.90/L.
By the end of this week, gasoline and diesel prices will have surged by P3.45/L and P5/L, respectively, since the start of 2025.
To help manage fuel costs, keep in mind that prices can vary based on location and the fuel station brand. It may be more affordable to fill up along your usual route than near home or work. If your car is using more fuel than usual, one possible issue to check is the condition of your fuel injectors.
