The company’s innovative endeavors have garnered global recognition, demonstrated by its involvement in landmark projects such as Dubai’s solar thermal photovoltaic power generation, photovoltaic initiatives in the UK, and gas turbine power station projects in Serbia. Key highlights of Shanghai Electric’s showcase at the summit include its solar energy solutions, which encompass a range of innovative products and services. Leveraging its extensive technical expertise and experience in new energy, Shanghai Electric offers a complete solar industry chain, from project development to operation and maintenance. The company has successfully implemented over 70 solar power generation projects worldwide, with a cumulative installed capacity exceeding 5,000 megawatts. Notable innovations include the Creator series of HJT modules from Shanghai Electric Hency Solar Technology Co., Ltd., featuring ultra-high bifacial factors and advanced anti-PID characteristics.
Additionally, Shanghai Electric presented pioneering energy storage solutions, including compressed air energy storage, flywheel energy storage, and lithium battery energy storage, among others. The company showcased a range of backup power supply, household, industrial, and commercial energy storage products, attracting attention from international customers. Notable projects include the world’s largest hot water flashing with multi-effect distillation (F-MED) project and the largest thermal film coupling project, both operating smoothly.
