CHINT New Energy (CHINT) and PV Hardware (PVH) have marked a significant milestone with the signing of a Strategy Cooperation Agreement in Shanghai. Mr. Martin Liu of CHINT and Mr. Carlos López of PVH sealed the agreement, initiating a strengthened collaboration between the two entities. Dr. Lu Chuan, President of CHINT New Energy, and Mr. Iván Higueras, CEO of Gransolar Group, were present as witnesses, reaffirming their dedication to fostering deeper cooperation.
The agreement signifies the establishment of a long-term, comprehensive partnership aimed at harnessing the respective strengths and resources of CHINT and PVH to capitalize on global market opportunities. PVH will supply solar trackers for CHINT’s solar projects, aiming to enhance energy yield and project revenue. In return, CHINT will provide PVH with high-quality solar panels, inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and High Voltage (HV) transformers for PVH’s projects, along with offering extensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services.
