On Friday, October 4, 2024, the price of OPEC‘s basket of 12 crude oils reached $77.66 per barrel. This is an increase from $74.90 the day before, according to calculations from the OPEC Secretariat.
The OPEC Reference Basket of Crudes (ORB) includes the following types: Saharan Blend from Algeria, Djeno from Congo, Zafiro from Equatorial Guinea, Rabi Light from Gabon, Iran Heavy from Iran, Basrah Medium from Iraq, Kuwait Export from Kuwait, Es Sider from Libya, Bonny Light from Nigeria, Arab Light from Saudi Arabia, Murban from the UAE, and Merey from Venezuela.
