2023 Atlantic hurricane season could tighten U.S. gasoline market

NOAA predicts that the 2023 Atlantic hurricane season will be close to normal, with 12 to 17 named storms possible, of which 5 to 9 may become hurricanes. It could also tighten the U.S. gasoline market.
