The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is expected to issue a final rule on biofuel blending requirements for 2023-2025 by June 21, after seeking a one-week extension to the previous deadline, according to a court filing on Tuesday. The EPA was due to issue a final rule on Wednesday under a court-ordered deadline, but has agreed to an extension with industry trade group Growth Energy, the documents show.
